I'm Sara, the sunny mother of Molly and the creative owner of Sara's Konstigheter. With a diploma in Garden Design and over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, I bring a unique blend of artistic flair and practical expertise to everything I create.

Easy Ordering

Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you notice any errors, please contact us as soon as possible to make corrections.

Customization
For custom orders, please provide detailed information in the designated sections or contact us directly. We will work closely with you to ensure your custom piece is just as you envision it.

Shipping Policy

Sustainable Shipping
We are committed to sustainability. Your orders will be packaged with eco-friendly materials to minimize our environmental impact. We use recycled paper, biodegradable packing materials, and recyclable boxes whenever possible. For smaller items we use bubble envelopes.

Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You can see the shipping cost during checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

Processing Time
We aim to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Custom orders may take longer, but we will keep you updated on the progress. If you need your order urgently, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Return Policy

At Sara's Konstigheter, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Note that our handmade products are cut by hand and therefore may have slight imperfections.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
